These GTC apply to any order placed on the site.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by the company COSMER to the consumer.
The products offered for sale include cosmetic products.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation by the user.
Each product is presented with:

The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICE
Product prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges are indicated before the order is validated.
The company COSMER reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of order validation.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The ordering process includes the following steps:

COSMER reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute with a customer.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Transactions are secured via Shopify's payment systems.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
In the event of an error in the name and/or contact details of the recipient, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
Delivery times are indicated when placing the order.
The company COSMER cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay attributable to the carrier.
In case of a damaged package, the customer must notify the carrier upon receipt.
Orders are processed on the business day following payment of the order and are shipped the same day. Shipping times are then those declared by the carrier service, namely:

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a request to the address:

in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
The products sold benefit from:

the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code)

the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
The company COSMER cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
COSMER's liability cannot be invoked in cases of force majeure.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
